1. Fast Support for Critical Issues

We provide two levels of support based on the urgency of your issue:

  • Critical Issues: If your webshop’s functionality is compromised (e.g., it’s loading too slowly or customers can’t place orders), we respond within 30 minutes.
  • Non-Critical Issues: For less urgent questions, like layout changes or setting up promotions, we’ll respond within two business days.

2. Regular Updates

We handle updates to ensure your webshop stays secure and functional:

  • Shopware Updates: Shopware requires periodic updates, whether for security or new features. We don’t apply minor updates immediately to avoid unnecessary downtime, but we’ll notify you when an update is important. Before making changes, we test them on a staging environment to ensure they don’t disrupt your live store, and no updates are made without your approval.
  • Shopify Updates: Shopify automatically manages most updates, but we’ll ensure your custom configurations and integrations continue to function smoothly.

3. Technical Support with Third-Party Tools

If you use extensions or themes from third-party developers to enhance your webshop, we’ll make sure they work properly with your platform and its latest version.

If there are any issues, we’ll coordinate with the external developers to get fixes or updates.

4. Hosting Performance Assistance

If you experience server performance issues, we act as your technical mediator with your hosting provider.
